My stay was decent overall with a clean and comfortable room. The hotel has a great location near Shinjuku Station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. However, the small room size was a bit challenging, especially when traveling with larger luggage. The breakfast was good, but the service could be improved, particularly upon arrival.

The room was small but very clean. It was cozy, although slightly cramped with our luggage. I would rate the room a 6 out of 10 due to its size. The price felt reasonable for a hotel in this area.

The service was a mixed bag; while most staff were friendly and helpful, the check-in experience felt a bit unwelcoming. They did provide prompt assistance when I needed to switch to a larger room, which was appreciated.

The hotel is situated just about a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, which made it convenient to access the trains and buses. It’s located in a quieter area, which I enjoyed, away from the hustle and bustle of the main Shinjuku attractions. I would give it a solid score of 9.

Breakfast was quite good, offering a nice mix of Western and Japanese options. It was definitely one of the highlights of my stay, though it could start a bit earlier.

The hotel had the essential amenities, and there was even an airport limo bus service directly from the hotel, which was a major benefit. However, there isn’t much in terms of extra facilities like a gym or pool.
